Founded by Justin and Tom, Elevate was built on a shared passion for the trade and a commitment to doing things properly. With years of hands-on experience across residential and commercial plastering, the duo saw a need for a team that could deliver both precision craftsmanship and reliable service — and that’s exactly what they set out to create.

Justin brings a wealth of experience to the team, having worked extensively in commercial fit-outs, suspended ceilings, and high-volume projects across the Riverina. Known for his eye for detail and calm leadership, he makes sure every job runs smoothly and meets Elevate’s high standards.

Tom is all about quality finishes and clear communication. With a strong background in residential plastering and renovation work, he knows how to make every wall and ceiling not only look good — but last. Clients trust Tom for his honesty, reliability, and pride in the craft.

Together, Justin and Tom lead a crew of skilled tradesmen (including legends like Leo!) who share their values: hard work, honest service, and finishes that speak for themselves.

Meet Justin – Director at Elevate Ceilings and Plastering Co.

We’re proud to introduce Justin, Co-Director of Elevate Ceilings and Plastering Co., and a highly experienced specialist in commercial plastering with over 20 years in the industry.

Justin began his plastering career back in 2005 in sunny Brisbane, where he quickly developed a passion for precision and quality in commercial construction. His journey then took him to New Zealand, where he gained his Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining, further honing his skills and deepening his technical expertise.

Over the years, Justin has worked on some of the most prestigious commercial projects across Brisbane, Sydney, and New Zealand — from high-end internal fit-outs and intricate feature ceilings, to external cladding systems on large-scale buildings. His ability to manage complex, high-spec builds has made him a trusted name in the commercial plastering world.

In 2017, Justin relocated to Wagga Wagga, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. As the Riverina region continues to grow, Justin saw an opportunity to help elevate the standard of commercial plastering locally — leading to the formation of Elevate Ceilings and Plastering Co.

Now, as Co-Directors, Justin and Tom are committed to combining quality craftsmanship with efficient project delivery, ensuring every job — big or small — is completed to the highest standard.

Meet Tom – Director at Elevate Ceilings and Plastering Co.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the plastering trade, Tom Cramp brings local insight, technical expertise, and a genuine passion for quality craftsmanship to Elevate Ceilings & Plastering Co.

Tom began his plastering apprenticeship in Wagga Wagga, quickly building a reputation for precision, reliability, and a strong work ethic. These early years shaped the professional values that continue to define his tradesmanship today — attention to detail, integrity, and pride in every project.

After refining his skills locally, Tom spent several years in Brisbane, working on high-end residential and architecturally designed homes. There, he mastered the artistry of detailed finishes and developed a sharp eye for the standards demanded in large-scale, luxury builds.

In 2022, Tom launched his own business venture, earning a strong reputation through word-of-mouth referrals, trusted relationships, and consistently elevated results. His commitment to genuine customer care and exceptional workmanship became the foundation for the next chapter — the formation of Elevate Ceilings & Plastering Co., built in partnership and shared purpose.

Today, as Co-Director, Tom continues to lead with the same dedication that’s defined his career — blending technical excellence with a down-to-earth approach that reflects both his local roots and his commitment to raising the standard of plastering across the Riverina.

Our All-Rounder - Elevate Ceilings & Plastering Co.

With over 30 years of hands-on experience in the plastering trade, Leo is the definition of expertise. His work speaks for itself — refined, reliable, and built on decades of dedication.

Originally from China, Leo and his family now call Wagga Wagga home. From buying a house to enrolling his daughter in school and supporting his wife’s nursing career, they’ve become part of the local community.

Leo has truly done it all. His specialty lies in commercial plastering, where his knowledge, precision, and efficiency make him a standout. There’s nothing in the commercial game that can catch him off guard — he’s seen it all and perfected his craft.

Leo has worked closely with Justin for years, including time at Riverina Suspended Ceilings, and now leads the charge on most of our commercial projects. You’ll also catch him on the tools at our residential jobs from time to time, helping guide the younger team members and keeping standards sky-high.

We’re incredibly lucky to have Leo on the team — a true all-rounder and an essential part of Elevate.
